Originally from Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Brian has also called Florida and New York home before moving to the Bay Area in 2020. He attended Florida State University and got his first taste of leadership there as the elected President of his dormitory and, later, as President of the Inter-Residence Hall Council, overseeing all 4,000+ students in 15 on-campus dorms.

In his early professional life, he spent several years performing as a drummer with numerous rock bands within the New York City area and beyond. He also amassed over 25 years of experience in sales and customer service before joining the KW Bay Area Estates team. He currently resides in San Jose.

Brian began his real estate journey in NYC in 2011. As an agent, he quickly formed his own team and found success specializing in the Upper East Side of Manhattan. He earned numerous awards and accolades, as well as a stream of referrals, repeat business and rave reviews from his clients. In 2015, he was promoted to manager and hasn’t looked back since. He has excelled at each step in his real estate management path, which has included various leadership roles at six different companies, ranging from startups to some of the largest residential brokerages in the US.

Brian now takes his years of experience and success in sales leadership and applies it to the development of the Saratoga team for KW Bay Area Estates. He subscribes to the philosophies of positivity, fun and personal growth through individual coaching. Culture and integrity are paramount to him and he believes strongly in equality.

In his free time, you can find Brian spending time with his wife, Leslie, son, Vance and mini-Goldendoodle, Charley. He also enjoys anything Star Wars-related and is highly passionate about NFL football (especially the Miami Dolphins)!
